We're a food pop-up who values fresh ingredients and traditional flavors serving up popular Korean dishes such as, bibimbap and japchae—a few of my favorites growing up! I'll keep you all updated with pop-up dates and times below!

Fresh. Simple. Traditional.
Kimchi and Bap's owner, Lisa Hamblen, was adopted from South Korea at almost 2 years old. She is thankful to have a Korean mom and white dad. Growing up, some of her favorite memories were with her mom cooking in the kitchen. Today, Lisa shares her Korean identity through making traditional Korean foods that she remembers as a little one and what she has learned over the years.
After years of working in higher education, she is now looking forward to a new journey where she can share her love of Korean food with her community. If Lisa's not cooking or eating chicken wings, she's probably at yoga, lifting heavy weights or at the local Costco!
